This petition is filed to condone the delay of 260 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 260 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.
