The application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to mark the additional documents particularly bank statement of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file counter.

No counter is required in this matter.

Considering the nature of averments and it is only in respect of filing additional documents, this Court is of the view that the documents will be received subject to the proof and relevancy. It is open to the respondent/defendant to raise objections as to the admissibility of the documents during the cross examination.

3. Accordingly, this Application is ordered. The Registry is directed to post this suit before the Additional Master - I for recording evidence on 07.03.2024.
