ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from in anyway interfering with the business of the Petitioner namely "Spring Spa" at No.321, Avinasi Road, 2.
The learned Additional Public prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the directions of Thiruppur Corporation, who granted the license in favour of the petitioner to run the spa, the respondent police had conducted an inspection and filed a report. The learned
Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that an inspection was conducted in order to file a report and the respondent police do not intend to interfere with the business of the petitioner. 3.
Recording the above submission, this Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the business of the petitioner until it is being run in a legal manner with proper license. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
