Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Stay the Sale Notice dated 24.01.2020 till the disposal(in WMP.NO.4960 of 2020) of the Writ Petition in WP.NO.1203 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.MURUGAN,Advocate on behalf of M/S.R.UDAY BASKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.C.SANGAMITHIRAI on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (1)The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that in the light of the pendency of the SARFAESI application before the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal, he seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
