This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to pay adequate victim compensation and disburse the Hon'ble Chief Minister Relief Fund for the death of the petitioner's son, namely Salik Ahmed, who died on 03.09.2020, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2022.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that though the petitioner's son, after falling on his own, died due to an accident, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- was paid to the petitioner under the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
