Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by two weeks to this petitioner to surrender before the lower court in pursuance with order dt.19.12.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.28938 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KARTHIKEYAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 19.12.2018 in Crl.OP No.28938 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of ten days time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to surrender before the lower Court in pursuant to the order passed in Crl.OP No.28938 of 2018. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.
