This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.17842 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras as non-refundable deposit and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court from the date on which the order copy made ready.
