Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.642 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur imposed in the above Crl.O.P.No.28938 of 2018 dt.19.12.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KARTHIKEYAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks to this petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 19.12.2018 made in Crl.OP No.28938 of 2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

By virtue of the earlier dismissal order passed by this Court in Crl.MP No.458 of 2019 in Crl.OP No.28938 of 2018 dated 11.01.2019, this petition seeking for modification is not maintainable.
