When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has filed status report wherein it has been stated that already order passed by this Court dated 09.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.30537 of 2022 has been complied, investigation is completed and charge sheet was also taken on file by the Trial Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also not disputed the said fact of completion of investigation and filing of final report.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
