COMMON ORDER Mrs.K.Vasanthamala, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the Respondent.

2. By this common order, both these Writ Petitions are being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the Respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the Respondent submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 18.06.2019, appropriate orders will be passed on merits.

4. Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are disposed of by directing the Respondent to complete the Assessment for the year 2011-2012 and 20132014 respectively pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 18.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Needless to state, the Petitioner shall be heard before final orders are passed.
