ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had given a representation to the 2nd respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2025.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents and after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
