This application has been filed to condone delay of 57 days in filing an application to set aside the exparte Order passed against the applicant/ defendant on 15.11.2022 in C.S.No.50 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Considering the nature of avements made in the affidavit filed along with the application and in order to give a fair opportunity to the defendant to put forth his defence, this application is Ordered and the delay is condoned.

4. Post the suit for framing issues on 18.03.2024.
