PRAYER:

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 08.04.2013, 22.07.2013 and 05.08.2013 within a time frame as fixed by this Court thereby issuing individual patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos.180/2 & 183/1B in accordance with law.

With the consent of both side learned counsel, the writ petition itself is disposed of in the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the official respondents to consider his representations dated 08.04.2013, 22.07.2013 and 05.08.2013 for issuance of individual patta in his name in respect of property in Survey Nos.180/2 and 183/1B.

4. Since the writ petition is disposed of without issuing notice to the fourth respondent, the merits of the contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are not gone into, and there will be a direction upon the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.04.2013, 22.07.2013 and 05.08.2013, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to the fourth respondent and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
