This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3 rd respondent to comply with the order passed by the 1 st respondent in the second appeal bearing No.SA 20846/D/2023 dated 01.07.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for R2 to R4 submitted written instructions from the 2 nd respondent / The Appellate Authority, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Chepauk, Chennai, vide Na.Ka.No.A1/5176/2025 dated 16.04.2025, stating that there are no panchami 2/4

lands in Erode and Dharmapuri District and the information sought by the petitioner was also furnished to him on 17.04.2025. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
