The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to disburse the remaining 50% of the Fixed Deposit amounts which have been made into Cumulative Deposit/RDPs in the name of the petitioner and his wife Mrs.Sundari as per the order of this Court dated 18.02.2015 in W.P.No.21688 of 2014, along with interest to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for re-depositing the money till the minor children of the petitioner attains majority, the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Bank, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objections. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
