O R D E R

1. This is an application, whereby, a direction is sought to dispense with the production of the original documents as mentioned in the schedule.

RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.

2. I am told by the counsel for the applicant that, in so far as the first three documents mentioned in the schedule are concerned, since the originals have been obtained, no direction need be issued by the Court.

2.1. Accordingly, I am told that prayer made in the application is confined to the document referred to at serial No.4 in the schedule, which is an e-mail dated 29.04.2015.

3. The captioned application is, consequently, allowed, subject to just exceptions. Resultantly, the respondent company will have the right to put forth its contentions, as may be available in law, with respect to the said document.

4. The Registry will, accordingly, act in accordance with the directions contained above. The Registry will, also, register the accompanying Company Petition and place the same in Court in the due course.
