It is represented by the learned counsel for the 5th respondent that the petitioner has challenged the occupation of the property by the 5th respondent in this writ petition. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the 5th respondent that he is no more in the occupation of the property and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the 5th respondent, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
