Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the 4th respondent in impugned Notification dated 15.7.2015 insofar as fixation of Tender Deposit Amount as Rs.5,00,000/- and Clause 12 which cause discrimination and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to conduct the Tender Process by appointing a Learned Retired District Judge.
