Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.08.2013 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the agricultural nanja land, measuring an extent of acre 0.24 cents (0.10.0 hectare), comprised in Survey No.110/4A (previously Survey No.110/4 (part)), situated at Vannipakkam Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2013 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the agricultural Nanja land, measuring an extent of acre 0.24 cents (0.10.0 hectare), comprised in Survey No.110/4A (previously Survey No.110/4 (part)), situated at Vannipakkam Village, Ponneri Talu, Tiruvallur District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2013, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
