T.

SIVANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.853 of 2018 on 27.12.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent-police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Court of Learned XI Additional Spl.Judge for CBI Cases at Chennai first working day of June and December once in six months at 10.30 am., until further orders. -sd/- 06/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
