India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned Recovery Notice bearing No.GSTIN 33ADGPT1650C1ZX/2023/A2/Dt. 14.12.2023 issued by the first respondent to the second respondent bank and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to recredit the amount of Rs.85,51,704/- withdrawn from the bank account of the petitioner by the first respondent.
