2. This Court, by its order dated 20.02.2026 disposed of the above writ petition. On perusal of the said order, it is seen that in the prayer portion and in Paragraph 1 of the said order, the word "regularizations" has been wrongly typed as "regulations".

3. Hence, the Registry is directed to insert the word "regularizations" instead of "regulations" in the prayer portion as well as in Paragraph 1 of the order dated 20.02.2026 and issue a corrected order copy to the parties. 09.03.2026 kkn

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of petitioner dated 16.10.2025, 17.11.2025 and 09.12.2025 and pass order for regulations of the services of 1) U. Abel Uthaman, 2) Mrs. P. Victoria Rani,

3) Mr. S. Vasantha Kumar, 4) Mrs. D. Jeri Dayana in the Officials file forwarded by 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka. No.126/Aa2025 dated 16.09.2025 pending with 1st Respondent in his office.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025 within a specified time.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
