G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J., This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of dismissing the present Writ Petition on 28.02.2025, liberty was granted to the petitioner to file a private complaint, however, the same has not been incorporated in the order, thereby pleaded to incorporate the same in the order.

3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to delete the Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 28.02.2025 and in the said place, incorporate the the following and issue a fresh order copy.

"4. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law. No costs." This Petition is clarified accordingly.
