ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379 IPC and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (D and R) Act, 1957 in Crime No.34 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police were on regular patrol, they found that the petitioner had illegally transported 1 unit of river sand in a tipper lorry bearing Regn.No.TN09-X-9982 and unknown tractor.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had illegally transported 1 unit of river sand in a tipper lorry and hence, raised an objection to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition since this petitioner has involved in the exploitation of the natural resources. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
