ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the second respondent to remove the name of the third respondent in Town Survey Land Register (TSLR) in respect of property of land and Thatched Shed measuring an extent of 1392 situated at Municipal Door No.21, Ganamukkala Petha Muniyappa Chetti Street, comprised in Town Survey No.79, Ward No.3, Gudiyatham Town, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District.

2. The petitioner states that he is representing the association. However, the association is not a party to the present Writ Petition. The petitioner, who claims to be the member of Ganamukkala Free Reading 2/4

Room Association, states that the revenue authorities have wrongly entered the door number in the Town Survey Land Register and he is claiming right over the subject property.

3. In view of the said dispute, the petitioner has to establish his right before the competent Civil Court of law. In the event of any dispute regarding civil rights, the revenue authorities may not be in a position to adjudicate and remove the name of the third respondent in the Town Survey Land Register. Thus, the petitioner has to approach the competent Civil Court of law for the purpose of establishing his right in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
