2. Application No.3102 of 2016 has been filed to recall the evidence of P.W.1. to be cross examined by the applicant/2nd defendant.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff/first respondent has no objection in allowing these applications.

5. In view of no objection having been stated by the learned counsel for the plaintiff/first respondent, both the applications are allowed.

6. The learned Master shall complete the recording of evidence within a period of two weeks.
