This petition is filed to set aside the order of dismissal in default dated 08.09.2021 and consequently, restore the writ petition in W.P.No.23597 of 2010 on the file of this Court.

2.On hearing the learned counsel, this Court is satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the writ petition in W.P.No.23597 of 2010 on the file of this Court is restored.

Registry is directed to list the matter on 24.03.2022.
