ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in D.C.C.No.35/2012 culminating in its issuance of notice dated 02.08.2012 to the petitioner and quash the same.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the issue involved in the writ petition had already been settled between the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent and the petitioner is inclined to file a memo to that extent before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.

3. Recording the above statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu to consider the memo to be filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits.
