(CRIME NO.659 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for two weeks to furnishing sureties for him as per order by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P. No.349 of 2022 in Crime Number 659 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.C.JAI PRAKASH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to furnish the sureties made in Crl.O.P.No.349 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022.

2. This Court on 07.01.2022, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each, within a period of fifteen days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to his sudden illness he could not able to arrange the sureties and hence, the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition, within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for furnishing sureties time is extended till 21.03.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the anticipatory bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
