ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the long pending representation dated 30.1.2017, wherein he has asked for promotion to the post of Deputy Block Development Officer.

2. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. As the petitioner's representation seeking promotion is pending for a long time, this Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directs the respondents to consider the pending representation of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
