take appropriate action to remove the land owners, the respondents 3 to 6 herein from the land in S.R.No.502/2 Sikarala Alli, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharampuri District demarcate the land as house sites and hand over the possession to the petitioenr and other beneficiaries, on considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has passed away on 29.06.2023 and also produced a copy of a death certificate issued by the Department of Revenue Administration vide Registration No.D-2023:33-2739-000035.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
