ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 12.02.2020 in accordance with law by recognising the title and possession of the land comprised in Survey No.382/3A measuring about 28 cents of Agricultural land situated at Veeracholapuram East, Kattakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 12.02.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
