India, pleased to set aside the order dated 18.03.2024 in C.A.17 of 2023, on the file of II Additional Sessions Court, Chidambaram and consequently to strike off the entire proceedings against the petitioners herein in D.V.C.No.2 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate's Court, Kattumannarkoil.

ORDER

In compliance with the earlier direction, as well as latest order passed last week, the petitioners have now handed over the Demand Draft issued by DBS Bank, Thiruvaiyaru Branch, Thanjavur District, dated 17.12.2025, bearing number 642196, for the remaining sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only). The original Demand Draft is handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent. The parties have filed a joint memo of compromise dated 19.12.2025, which is duly signed by both the parties.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of, in terms of joint memo compromise. It is made clear that the pending cases shall be given quietus, as agreed in Clause 3 of the joint memo of compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs.
