No. 1094 of 2026 has been filed to condone the delay of 252 days in filing the written statement of the applicant / D2 and consequently taken the written statement filed by applicant / D2 on record and A. No. 1095 of 2026 has been filed to condone the delay of 188 days in filing the written statement of the applicant / D3 and consequently take the written statement filed by applicant / D3 on record respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the party in person / first respondent who has filed counters objecting both the applications and perused the materials available on record.
