This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the proceedings of the third respondent dated 16.07.2012 made in Na.Ka.No.5810/2012/E1 and quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondents to repay the amounts so far deducted from the pension amount of the petitioner with effect from July 2011 within a time fixed by this Hon'ble Court and direct the respondents to continue to pay the pension as paid on 01.06.2011.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has no more. Hence, she prayed this Court to dismiss the writ petition as abated. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. Page No.2 of 5

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
