Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to deal-seal the premises of the petitioner bearing Door No.7/411, Sivasakthi Nagar, Thirusulam, Chennai -43 and consequently to recognise the petitioner as a tenant in respect of the land of the 4th respondent Temple, measuring 606 square feet in Survey No.69, at Sivasakthi Nagar, Thirusulam, Chennai -43 and to fix a reasonable monthly rent for the said land of the petitioner.
