This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 330 days in filing the revision case against the judgment dated 14.12.2017 in C.A.No.40 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, against the judgment dated 08.12.2015 in C.C.No.621 of 2005 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 330 days in filing the appeal in Crl.R.C.SR.No.7355 of 2019 is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Crl.R.C.SR.No.7355 of 2019, if it is otherwise in order.
