1. These applications are filed to condone the delay 7836 days in filing the set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th Defendant, by name, Mrs.P.Punithavathi, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 5th Defendant.

2. Since all these applications are not opposed by the other side, these are allowed, as prayed for.
