Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to settle the terminal benefits payable to (1) Sureshkumar (2) A.Sakthivel Raja, (3) S.Vellingiri, (4) Padma Suganthi, W/o (Late) S.Kanda Manoharan and (5) R.Sayeekrishnan, the 5 members out of total 193 members of the petitioner Association list enclosed herein with 6% interest, in case of delay, settle the terminal benefits with 18% interest for the delayed period, in the light of the orders passed by the Madurai Division Bench of this Court in WA.(MD) Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 dated 12.06.2015, in the similar cases.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, except the VRS compensation amount and Engineering and Medical College Fund Refund amount, other amounts were paid to the petitioner's Association.

Considering the above, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner's Members in respect of VRS compensation amount and Engineering and Medical College Fund Refund amount and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
