The prayer sought for in the present petition is to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.19442 of 2017 in Crl.M.P.No.17169 of 2017 dated 08.12.2017 in Crime No.275 of 2015.

2. On being satisfied with the reasonings given in the petition and the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition, viz, to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.19442 of 2017 in Crl.M.P.No.17169 of 2017 dated 08.12.2017, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
