ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as against the order of the Writ Court dated 30.09.2022 passed in W.P.No.11230 of 2012, the respondents have preferred an Writ appeal, in which stay has been granted by the Division Bench.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
