The writ petition is filed seeking to quash the order of the first respondent dated 31.10.2014.

sr 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order, which is impugned herein, has already become infructuous. The said statement is taken on record.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.5216 of 2017 is closed.
