The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the respondent Municipal Commissioner, Chengalpattu to dispose her representation dated 06.09.2021 on merits and within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel who appears for the respondents would agree that the representation has, indeed, been received and assures the Court that the same will be disposed within the time that the Court fixes.
3. Thus, mandamus, as sought for is granted, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2021 and dispose the same, after hearing the petitioner as well as any other party interested by issuance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
notice, in any event, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.
