O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the suspension order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ma.Ka.Order No.940/2019, Na.Ka.No.H1/23696/ 2019 dated 14.12.2019.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that after passing of the impugned suspension order, petitioner was dismissed from service Vide order dated 28.06.2023 by imposing punishment of compulsory retirement. He further submit that, order challenging the punishment was also dismissed by this Court in W.P.No.35392 of 2023 and hence nothing survives in this petition.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
