Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for two weeks to furnishing sureties for him as per order by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.No.1849 of 2022 in Crime Number 659 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.C.JAIPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.1849 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 to furnish the sureties.
