ORDER
Alleging that the order dated 13.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23204 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that on two other occasions, the petitioner was informed to produce the relevant records. Last of the notice was issued in Na.Ka.No.01/2017-18 dated 09.11.2017 by way of a memo.
3.A perusal of the copy of the same would show that the petitioner was asked to furnish six documents. On the date fixed for the hearing, the petitioner did not appear.
4.In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to to furnish the documents as mentioned in the memo dated 09.11.2017. As and when the same are received by the contemnor, appropriate orders will have to be passed within a period of six weeks thereafter. 18.01.2018 mmi
