2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondents 1 & 2.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.02.2014, a case has been registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.225 of 2014 under Sections 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is also closed.
