This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.04.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petitioner had developed illicit intimacy with one Sumathi, W/o Selvaraj and had eloped with her three years back. Now, when the petitioner and Sumathi are trying to enter into the village, there appears to be some resistance.
4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the complaint dated 07.04.2016 and the antecedents of the petitioner, no positive direction can https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
issued to the respondents to register an FIR. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
