Crl.M.P.No.2568 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18549 of 2020 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13389 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 18549 of 2020 dated 14.12.2021.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- to the credit of the Crime Number. 881 of 2020. Hence, this petition is filed seeking for extension of time to comply the order for depositing Rs.7,00,000/- in the crime number.
3. This Court finds that conditional order was passed on 11.02.2021, even after expiry of one year, the order has not been complied despite extension of time granted to the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, this court finds no reason to extend the time any further and hence the bail order granted on 11.02.2021 stands recalled for not compliance of the order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
