PRAYER:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the fourth respondent's reliving order dated 09.12.2014 in proceedings Nil and quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents to direct the third and fourth respondents to permit the petitioner to continue as Librarian as per IX Plan of U.G.C in third respondent college by issuing confirmation order with immediate effect by respondent college by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2014.
